Warrant Officer First Class Katlynn Hume passes on the 677 squadron flag to the new Warrant Officer First Class Marzoff and accepts an award for aging out of the Cadet program with six years of dedicated service. Katlynn will become a Civilian Instructor. The cadets program here now has 13 members, which is their limit until they get more staff and volunteers.
