PADCOM signs deal with Port of Churchill

 PADCOM A small Manitoba potash producer has signed a partnership agreement with the operator of the Port of Churchill to evaluate exporting the fertilizer ingredient at the Hudson Bay facility, which is being considered for a multibillion-dollar expansion.
