As the picture of the flooding situation at Dauphin Regional Health Centre (DRHC) becomes clearer, Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is expecting the hospital to remain closed for an extended period.
Initial response efforts have brought to light extensive damage to critical infrastructure, particularly in the basement. The closure will allow for proper assessments, repairs, and remediation activities to be completed.
