RCMP received a number of calls in the early evening of Aug. 12 – including one from an off duty police officer – about a male and a female, both intoxicated, who were attempting to ride their bikes but were failing miserably and falling hard.
Police located the pair and while attempting to arrest them, a 37-year-old man from the Roblin area assaulted both police officers involved.
